Tuition and Fees

A $100 mandatory supply fee is due by August 1st and is non-refundable after that date.Tuition is charged August – May and is due by the 5th of every month.

If your child is registered into our program but you decide not to send them, written notice is required by June 1st of the school year. If you give notice after June 1st, then you will be responsible for the first month’s full tuition cost.

Monthly tuition:

1K/2K/3K/4K: $250 per month

Bright Wheel*

I understand that Busy Bees uses the Bright Wheel childcare platform for administration, communication, and payment. All parents/guardians are required to have a free account on the Bright Wheel platform. You will receive a text or email invitation to join Brightwheel once your student has been entered into the system by the preschool Director. Please follow the instructions in that invite to complete your student’s profile and set up your billing account.
